Congestion at the toll booths will be a think of the past as the MOPT announced a 12 hour free pass for the General Cañas (San José - Alajuela) and expanded rush hours for the Próspero Fernández (San José - Santa Ana) autopistas. The free pass is expected to go in effect next week.
