150.000 Nicaraguans Expected During This Year's Exodus From Costa Rica
An estimated 150.000 Nicaraguan nationals are expected to head north in the coming weeks, according to the director general de Migración, Mario Zamora. The exodus to Nicaragua is expected to start on December 15 and the return on or before January 10, 2010.
 
 

 

2.000 Take Part in Costa Rican Marathon
The entire route from the west side of the Sabana park, along Pavas to the US Embassy, up a few blocks and then back to the Sabana along the Boulevard through Rohrmoser, then on Paseo Colón, along Avenida Segunda, passing the Legislative Assembly and back to the Sabana, was the route by some 2.000 runners on Sunday of the running of the 14thr edition of the Costa Rican Marathon.
