The Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones (TSE) has warned candidates
seeking their party's nomination for the 2010 presidential elections
that they cannot litter public areas like utility poles, trees, bus

teller machines (ATM's)
at night has greatly
reduced "paseos
millonarios", criminals
holding up ATM customers
and taking them for a
ride to various bank
machines to withdraw the
most from their plastic.

15 year
old
Carol
Pacheco
had a
different
idea
yesterday
when she
attempted
to jump
off the
upper
floor
off the
mall San
Pedro.
After an
hour of
taking
with
authorities,
Carol
decided
to climb
down and
all
ended
well.
