San Jose - Heredia  Derailed Indefinitely
The San Jose - Heredia train has been temporarily derailed when the Instituto Costarricense de Ferrocarriles (Incofer) could not settle a dispute with a land owner who says he is affected by the railway work at the edge of his property and the judges decided to have "peritos" investigate the complaint.

The Honduran legislature decided last week decided that that the president as unfit to govern and Sunday morning a group of soldiers took Manuel Zelaya by force and put on a plane headed for Costa Rica, in a coup d'etat since the Cold War.
