Costa Rica Resumes Diplomatic Relations With Cuba
Costa Rica resumed diplomatic relations with Cuba on Wednesday, nearly 50 years after it broke formal ties with the Castro-run island.

China said it will invest us$65 million dollars toward a science and technology park in Costa Rica, in a deal with private companies and four state universities, a news report has said. Five thousand producers of canned milk face a critical situation because of the poor nutrition of their cattle and are producing only 50% of their production because rains are eroding land and affecting the grass cattle feed on, said Francisco Brenes, regional director for the Ministry of Agriculture.
