New Manual for Vehicular
Inspections

new
manual

respect

vehicular
inspection
or
Riteve.
The
new
rules
were
introduced
by
the
Ministerio
de
Obras
Públicas
y
Transportes
(MOPT)
to
ensure
stricter
and
fairer
testing
of
all
