The Next Logical Step

It is the first of June and all indications are that the “Little Brother” will be spending additional time in the Pokey.

Deadlines have come and gone but they may as well have been regular days-of-the-week because anything significant has yet to happen during any of these highly anticipated and trumpeted about non-events.

Unfortunately several negative occurrences are taking place.

First, there has been the looming of ”infighting” between two of the major investor groups. This is bad, very bad indeed. UCCR used to maintain a very high level of concern and focus but since the inception of a so-called “Central Committee”, the bashing has slowly begun.

Instead of subjectively and neutrally commenting while pursuing the task at hand, this “Central Committee” is starting to lash out at what they seem to consider the “competition”.

One of the reasons is the unfortunate elevation in status of UCCR’s central point of gravity, the sainthood OUR attorney Jose Miguel Villalobos.

The reason that I often refer to him as such: “OUR attorney”, is because he truly fulfils this role.

Regardless if you have contributed to UCCR or not, any positive outcome affected by JMV’s actions and activities will be to the advantage of ALL investors.

If this ever happens…

But Jose Miguel is just a man.

A few months ago I somewhat questioned several items and besides sending this message to JMV, I copied the UCCR Board as well.

Imagine my surprise when JMV did not immediately reply – he usually is very prompt – but instead I received a reply from this “Central Committee” chastising me for the “lack of respect” I was showing by addressing the Holy Man in such a manner and even more so by questioning his intentions.

Well, you know me. I cowered down and spent the rest of the week with the barrel of a .45 in my mouth contemplating a violent excuse…

Seriously, I reread the mail I had sent Jose, just to reassure myself that there were no insulting comments, added to it and fired it off once again insisting upon a reply and mentioning our friendship as a reminder.

This time JMV courteously – as always – graced me with a reply.

What was it about, you wonder?

Well, besides little me, others as well had wondered if JMV would continue to pursue this matter even if funds and donations would dry up.

Some had already informed me: “…of course he will…” but since I have also listened to the misguided faithful who claim: “the moolah is working its tight green little ass off…clickety-click” I wanted to hear it from the horse’s mouth.

Disagree with me if you want to but now you ARE curious as to JMV’s answer…right?

No worries, friends. Jose Miguel wrote me that he could not understand that there would be any doubt regarding his sincerity and that yes, he would continue even IF no more money would be wind-falling his way.

JMV is just a man but just because of this statement and his dedication, he is truly OUR attorney.

Now, does that mean that he’s perfect and infallible?

No, of course not.

The law is always a complicated matter, even in a simple crooked banana wanna be second world republic and many other diverse opinions could turn out to be correct instead of his gospel.

Unfortunately, after re-reading some of the old UCCR’s EBS-mailers, announcements and promises, it turns out that anything positive that was hoped for has yet to take place.

Hey, you can never blame them for not trying and it is way to early to give up. This whole charade will continue for many years to come and I believe that at this particular front in this battle we will need OUR attorney until all the water has run under the Villalobos Bridge and the river has turned as dry as Enrique’s vault.

Moving right along, the second bad thing is my mailing list.

After being referred to as a possible reason that Don Enrique may never return by several key players – Skyboy has a big mouth, rattles cages, e-mails Interpol, stirs up shit, is an unbeliever, caused Osvaldo’s return to jail, one of them even mentioned Satan…good horny grief!!! – I decided to shut up for a while just to prove how insane these accusations are.

It was my original intention to stay silent until August but there’s a pressing matter and things need to get moving.

In the meantime I will try to refrain from calling Enrique a yellow-bellied coward who manipulates by means of a Judean make-believe deity.

Oops…

Anyway, the concern is this. Maybe because of my lack of regular mailers or maybe because of the same natural phenomena that has caused the fading of interest when it comes to The Cuban’s Savings Unlimited, The Vault and so on, my mailing list is down to a measly 957 people.

This and the disappearance of many “regulars” on the boards and newsgroups indicates that people are falling by the wayside, giving up, losing interest and, of course, departing the planet.

This is bad, very bad.

Why, you wonder?

Remember the old saying: “All it takes for evil to win is for good men to do nothing?”

Yea, yea, I know, not quoted verbatim and without proper credit but it is late and I don’t want to look it up, ok? I’ll leave that to Skip or whoever has that kind of spare time.

But my point is that if we, the Villalobos Investor Group, fall apart and fade away, “evil” is going to win.

No matter if that “evil” turns out to be Walter and some Judges, or The Brothers, or Prez Pacheco or Jay Brodell. (Let’s see if he can take a joke…)

It is so freaking important that we stay together and organized in order to see this through and to get proper closure.

Would you like to be laying on your deathbed, life flashing before your eyes and all and wonder: “Jeez, if I only had done this or helped that…now I will never know…”

By then it is too late.

Now, it won’t be easy and it won’t be quick. But I cannot convey the importance of this strong enough.

Just look at what happened to Milanes and others who ran High Yield scams. The ones that did survive have gone away and are living happily ever after on money that is not rightfully theirs.

Even though it is doubtful that we will ever see any money, it is crucial that we stay tuned and in tune!

How can we accomplish this?

Easy!

Join the clubs!

Sign up with UCCR and sign up with the Arbitration effort.

OUR attorney Jose Miguel has repeatedly stated that Arbitration in no way interferes with his efforts.

Jack Caine has also said that UCCR’s program does not at all hamper the Arbitration.

There are a significant number of UCCR members that have also signed up with Jack. This is one more reason for the “Central Committee” to abstain from alienating a fellow-investor organization and with it a large number of their followers.

Shitting in your own nest may feel cool at the time but after a while the smell causes unwanted departures.

As far as I know – and I have written about this almost a year ago - this is the first time in the history of our planet that investors have the Internet available to see them through times like this. It is our tool to stay together and organized.

This modern invention is the Bad Guy’s nightmare!

An eternity ago I set an example by joining UCCR, it is now time for me to continue on that same path and announce my official joining of the Arbitration.

It is the next logical step and I will attempt to do this in person and with check in hand because the deadline looms.

So, stay tuned and don’t go away!

Oh, before I forget; it is a fact that The Other Side reads what we write. Kinda cool to know that this will cause some more sleepless nights in the Camp of the Wolves, isn’t it?
