Bolivia to Prioritize Jobs in 2007
The Bolivian government ratified that among its main goals in 2007 is boosting the creation of employments, Treasury Minister Luis Alberto Arce said Sunday.

Arce affirmed they will put into action the National Development Plan with its respective economic tools.

The minister pointed out there will be a progressive increase of the agriculture production since mechanization in that sector already began and it should be supported with other measures such as the production of seeds and the improvement and installation of irrigation systems.

In addition, the official announced that since Jan 1 the Development Bank will open to aid micro-companies, which he called an intensive sector to generate jobs.
