"Out With Old", Villalobos Investor Group Say
One group that is happy with the change in administration is the UCCR, the Villalobos investor group, that has blamed president Abel Pacheco and his government for the fall of Enrique Villalobos and his high interest investments.

The UCCR wrote in a newsletter to their members that "with a brand new congress and a clean sweep of ministers and heads of agencies, Oscar Arias is ushering in a long needed change".

The group blames Pacheco and his security minister, Rogelio Ramos, directly for the raid and shutting down of the offices of Luis Enrique Villalobos and the end of high yield earnings on their investment.

The group calls the police action "arbitrary and illegal", led by Ramos and others who were more intent on raiding bars and "tourist hot spots" and deporting illegals than stemming the rise in crime on the streets.

The newsletter says "What comes around, goes around.. as both Ramos and Pacheco, two losers, who stumbled incompetently for four years hurting a lot of people along the way, have themselves been deported from the government and into the trash heap of history".

"Good riddance" is the closing remark on this chapter in the history of the Villalobos continuing story.
