Earthquake of 4.3 off Nicaraguan

An earthquake of 4.3 degrees on
the Richter scale made the
Nicaragua Pacific s coasts
shudder without reporting
victims and material damages, an
official source reported.
The National Seismic Network
assigned to the Nicaraguan
Territorial Studios Institute
registered the event at 07:45
local time (13:45 UTC), in front
of the club El Astillero, and 78
miles to the south of Managua.
The epicentre of the earthquake,
that the experts attributed to
the tectonic process derived
from the crash of the Cocos and
Caribe tectonic plates, was
located 3.7 miles deep in the
seabed.
