Stagno Denies Departure
The Foreign Minister, Bruno Stagno, yesterday denied the rumours that have been floating around the Chancellery, that he is leaving the government.

Stagno was rumoured to not be in agreement with the foreign policies of Costa Rican president, Oscar Arias, mainly over the move of dropping allegiance to Taiwan in favour for China and that the president was taking to active a role in foreign matters.

Stagno flatly denied that he is leaving.
