Quintavalle Back in Jail Cell
Italian businessman, Matteo Quintavalle, accused of bilking millions from a number of American investors, in back in jail after a stay at the hospital Clinica Biblica since September.

Leaving the hospital, Quintavalle was sent to the medical unit at the La Reforma prison where he was evaluated by medical staff who determined that hid health condition permitted him to be held at the San Sebastián detention centre.

Quintavalle is being in "preventive detention" while judicial officials investigate.

The San Sebastián jail is home to accused who are waiting their day in court or are convicted to short sentences.

Last week a California Superior Court issued an arrest warrant for Quintavalle for alleged fraud committed in the U.S.
