Adams, the man whom
inspired the movie
"Patch Adams" starring
Robin Williams, will in
in Costa Rica for
several days to bring
his special brand of
medicine to better the
health of people.
"Patch" Adams (born May
28, 1945 in Washington,
District of Columbia) is
a medical doctor, social
activist, citizen
diplomat, professional
clown, performer, and
author. He founded the
Gesundheit! Institute in
1972.
During his visit, Adams
will be visiting the
Hospital Nacional de
Niños (Children's
hospital).
