Citi Completes Acquisition of  Banco Uno and Banco Cuscatlán
Banco Uno and Banco Cuscatlán are no longer, the red (Uno) and yellow (Cuscatlán) have all been replaced by the blue Citibank signs, as the two private banks now are now part of the Citi family and will be operating under the Citi name.

The merger create one bank with a net worth of us$100 million and assets of over more than us$750 million dollars.

The merger also means that Citi will now have 500 ATM's in Costa Rica, 67 branches and some 80.000 clients.
