Foreign
Minister
Arrives
in
Nicaragua
MANAGUA

Foreign
Minister
of Cuba,
Bruno
Rodriguez,
arrived
in this
capital
for a
brief
working
visit,
to meet
with
Nicaraguan
authorities
and deal
with
aspects
of
international
and
regional
policy.
Cuban
Foreign
Minister
was
received
at
Augusto
Cesar
Sandino
international
airport
by his
Nicaraguan
counterpart
Samuel
Santos;
the
Ambassador
of Cuba
in
Nicaragua,
Eduardo
Martinez
Borbonet,
and
local
government
officials.
Rodriguez
arrives
in
Managua
from the
XX Ibero-American
Summit
of Heads
of State
and
Government
held
last
weekend
in Mar
del
Plata
(Argentina),
and
after an
official
visit to
El
Salvador.
The
Cuban
minister
told to
the
press
that
after a
few
hours in
Managua
will
depart
to
Cancun
to
participate
in the
Climate
Change
Summit,
held in
this
Mexican
resort.
