Nicaragua,
China
for
Stronger
Trade
Ties
MANAGUA
- China
wants to
increase
trade
relations
with
Nicaragua
because
the
Central
American
country
is a
safe,
beneficial
market,
said
Wang
Jingzhen,
vice
president
of the
Chinese
Council
for the
Promotion
of
International
Trade.
"That is
the
objective
of my
visit,"
the
Chinese
official
said
upon his
arrival
in
Nicaragua
on
Thursday,
when he
was
welcomed
by Ajax
Delgado,
president
of the
Nicaraguan
Association
of
Friendship
with
China.
The
second
Chinese
Trade
Fair
inaugurated
Tuesday
in
Managua
will
help
strengthening
mutual
knowledge
of both
countriesâ�Ö
economic
development,
culture,
and
history,
said
Wang.
Bilateral
trade
has
grown in
the last
years,
so it
can be
boosted
for
mutual
benefit,
he
affirmed.
The
Chinese
Fair in
Nicaragua
will
close on
Dec. 19,
and is
being
attended
by 50
Chinese
businessmen
and over
40
Nicaraguans.
