Purdy Motors Waiting
On Toyota To Decide Recall Of Prius
Purdy Motor , the exclusive distributor of
Toyota vehicles in Costa Rica, says it has
yet to be notified by the factory on the
Prius problems and is waiting on automaker
Toyota still to decideg what to do to fix
braking problems with the popular Prius
gas-electric hybrid.
The automaker has acknowledged the new Prius
that went on sale in May last year has
braking problems. Toyoda did not announce a
recall, but Toyota said this week it was
considering one.
Purdy Motors said it will wait the results
of an investigation by the US and
notification by the automaker before taking
any measures. |
