Congratulates Laura
Ottón Solís, the leader of the Partido
Acción Cuidadana (PAC), although he did not
admit defeat, he did call on Laura to keep
her promises and the people to support their
first woman president.
Solís made the statement to supporters with
only 25% of the vote counted where the PAC
party holds 23% of the vote.
He told his supporters that although they
had hoped for better numbers, they have to
be realistic and that he doesn't expect much
change as the vote count continues.
