Goodbye Amnet! Sure Would Like To Tell Them.

This note is directed at those who run, or better put do not run, Amnet. I think I will pay my bill this month in stages, giving you some money, then nothing, them some more, then nothing and then some more. And then when you call to ask why, I will answer as you do, "we are experiencing technical difficulties it that area at the moment".

This is how you have been providing service lately. And response in kind is warranted. However, I don't think you account receivables department will see the humour in that.

This week so far has been the worst.

For three consecutive days there has been interruption in your internet service. The cable television works fine and I see this month you even paid your bill on time as the US channels did not go off the air at the beginning of the month.

On Monday there was no internet service in Rohrmoser from 8:05am to shortly after 4pm. Tuesday service was interrupted intermittently. This morning (Wednesday) on and off and then on again and now off, having to wait until you come on again for post this note.

In your television commercials talk about change, as you say goodbye to Racsa and move on to your own internet service network. You claim change is good. And I would agree if there really was a change.

You insinuate that the goodbye means an end to the poor to lousy service. You suggest that things will no be better.

Well, frankly the only thing that has changed is that now your technical support staff cannot blame Racsa.

So, here we stand. I would like to say goodbye to you. But, as you well know, the only real option is to  go back to ICE, since CableTica is not better at providing a stable and decent internet connection either.

At least with ICE we don't expect much and nor do they promise us anything. We take what we get and can enjoy bitching at the state agency.

We urge one and all who use Amnet to use the comment section below to join us to to let Amnet know what we all really think of them and their service...
