Man Recovering After His and Vehicle Crushed By A Crane

It's been almost three months but Jorge Cerdas refuses to give up on his recovery from the accident in Alajuelita when a mobile crane toppled on his car.

The accident occurred last January 7 when a crane's boom arm used for work on the road crushed his vehicle driven by the 42 year old man.

Miracolously alive, the man was taken to the San Juan de Dios hospital where doctors gave him a slim chance of survival.

However, 54 days later, Cerdas is now at home with his family and looks forward to being able to walk again real soon.
