Fined For
Masturbating
Whilst Driving
A driver has
been fined for
masturbating at
the wheel,
police in
Valencia, Spain,
revealed on
Friday. They say
the motorist,
who was seen
driving his van
erratically
along the C/ San
Vicente in the
city last month,
was not directly
fined because of
his anti-social
behaviour, but
for 'lack of
attention' and
'endangering
other
road-users'.
Although
officers
confirmed that
the narrative
was true,
Valencia city
council was not
willing to
remark on the
case.
Residents from
Massanassa
(Valencia), the
man's home
municipality,
were horrified
by the news.
Some said he
should have his
license revoked
and that his 150
Euro fine was
insufficient.
They call his
behaviour
'dangerous' and
'exhibitionist'.
Others have been
heard to say
'he's obviously
not correct in
the head'.
I can't believe
it aren't in the
city bits of
wasteland he
could do that
on, or doesn't
he have a home
of his own? one
man remarked.
Police said the
driver, who was
caught last
month, was fined
because his
action was
'equally as
dangerous as
talking on a
mobile phone
whilst driving'. |
