To purchase a data card or netbook on ICE's plans will required a net monthly salary of ¢28.669 and ¢299.529, respectively.

The salary requirement is not necessary if the customer brings in his or her equipment (cellular phone, datacard or netbook) or buys the equipment in cash from ICE.
