Dollar Gains ¢10 Colones In One Day

The dollar exchange rate gained ¢10 colones in a single day, for an increase of ¢ during this week, bringing the buy today at ¢532.78 and the sell ¢544.43.

The increase follows a low of ¢503.29 for the buy and ¢513.17 for the sell that had not been seen for more than two years, dropping from a high hovering in the ¢585 earlier this year.

This week along the dollar exchange gained ¢29 colones.

The increase is good news for many foreigners living in Costa Rica and for visitors.

But will it stay that way, go further up or drop?

It's Anybody's guess!
