Costa Rica: 23 Roads Continue Closed, 33 Others With "Paso Regulado"

In its latest report, the Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transportes (MOPT) reports 23 others with "cierres totales" (closed) and  33  other roads still with "paso regulado".

- Santa Cruz -San Pablo de León Cortés
- Santa María-San Marcos
- Quepos -La Managua
- Rivas -San Gerardo de Rivas (Ruta al Cerro Chirripó)
