shook
Costa
Rica.
According
to
the
Observatorio
Vulcanológico
y
Sismológico
de
Costa
Rica(OVSICORI),
the
epicentre
was
located
in
Porvenir,
in
San
Carlos,
8
kilometres
southwest
of
Cuidad
Quesada
in
the
province
of
Alajuela.

The
OVISCORI
reports
the
quake
hit
at
10:09:59.
No
damage
was
reported.
At
5:30am
another
tremor,
this
time
registering
2.8
on
the
Ricther
scale,
shook
the
country.
The
epicentre
was
located
in
the
area
of
Palma
de
Aserrí,
in
the
province
of
San
José.
