poll
reveals
that
97%
of
mothers
in
Costa
Rica
expected
to
receive
a
gift
for
Mother's
Day,
August
15.

The
survey
took
in
the
answer
of
150
mothers
chosen
at
random
by
the
Universal
department
store
choice
to
meet
the
tastes
and
preferences
of
the
gifts
that
customers
were
likely
to
buy.
Overall,
respondents
said
they
preferred
gifts
of
personal
use
or
personal
care,
including
perfumes,
face
creams
and
jewellery.
For
the
survey,
the
respondents
came
from
mothers
living
in
all
provinces,
of
which
45%
were
professionals,
26%
working
in
intermediate
and
administrative
positions
and
the
balance
working
in
the
home
and
caring
for
their
families.
Asked
Where
they
would
prefer
to
celebrate
Mother's
Day?,
34%
said
a
family
trip,
33%
would
prefer
a
restaurant
and
33%
celebrate
day
at
home.
