Costa
Rica
could
become
the
main
logistics
hub
for
China
in
Latin
America,
presidenta
Laura
Chinchilla
revealed
to
the
press
while
on
an
official
tour
of
Asia
this
week.

According
to
the
Presidenta,
Costa
Rica
is a
strategic
location
for
China
and
a
set
of
trade
agreements
will
allow
the
Asian
nation
preferential
access
to
access
Latin
American
markets.
The
position
will
also
allow
Costa
Rica
access
to
major
world
markets.
Today,
Presidenta
Chinchilla
will
be
meeting
with
China's
president
Hu
Jintao,
and
sign
several
trade
agreements.
