Franchise Fair Offers Opportunities for Investors

Do you have money to start a business but do not know how or what to invest in? The Second International Franchise Exhibition to be held in the Hotel Ramada Herradura on August 30th and 31st may be for you.

Typical franchise opportunities will range in cost from $10,000 to $50,000 USD and span a number of business sectors from gyms, environmentally friendly products, restaurants, and health and beauty amongst others, according to Karol Fallas of the Costa Rica Chamber of Commerce.

BCR and Banco Nacional will also have a presence, offering financing for the purchase of national franchises. 

Costa Rica currently has 221 franchises, of which 38 are national and 183 are international.  The sector generates 21,332 jobs in the country according to the Chamber of Commerce.

The fair is organized by the Costa Rica Chamber of Commerce and entry is free.
