Isaac To Bring Rains This Weekend

If you plan to go out today and during the weekend, you should bring an umbrella.  Heavy rains are expected this afternoon in the Central Valley and the Pacific.  The National Meteorological Institute (IMN) says the rains will be a result of Tropical Storm Isaac. 

While Isaac poses no threat to Costa Rica, the storm is expected to whip the Caribbean nation of Haiti with gale-force winds and severe rains this afternoon.  Aid groups fear another disaster in the vulnerable country.
