Of
Only
Men
The
group
of
"notables"
formed
by
the
Executive
Branch
of
the
government
to
analyze
the
national
situation
and
the
relations
between
the
powers,
is
comprised
of
only
men.

The
expert
group
was
formed
by
Presidenta
Laura
Chinchila
over
a
month
ago.
And
today
still
does
not
have
the
two
women
that
would
be
making
up
part
of
the
group
as
announced
by
the
Presidenta.
The
ministro
de
comunicación
Francisco
Chacón,
confirmed
that
the
group
is
still
waiting
on
the
"positive
participation"
of
women.
The
group
of
experts

is
composed
of
Francisco
Antonio
Pacheco,
Vladimir
de
la
Cruz,
Urcuyo
Constantine,
Manrique
Jimenez,
Fabian
Volio,
Rodolfo
Piza
and
ministers
Francisco
Chacon,
Carlos
Ricardo
Benavides
and
Roberto
Gallardo
Presidenta
Chinchilla
says
the
proposed
reforms
on
governing
by
the
"notables"
will
be a
"legacy"
for
the
future
governments.
