Women Live Longer Than Men in Costa Rica

Average life expectancy in Costa Rica is 77, however women have historically had an advantage over men in terms of this average.

Studies have shown that men reach an average age of 75 while women reach 80.

However women could see a reduction due to their bad health habits, as they lifestyles could mean a reduction in the average age.

Self-care specialists say women must exercise more, have a healthy diet and reduce stress to maintain the high average.

Remember, taking care of oneself not need much money or much time, just a conscious effort to include some form of physical exercise in one's daily habits and eat healthy, that means cutting down or cutting out junk and take out foods.
