difficulty

finding
suitable
people
for
the
jobs
they
have
available.
The
figure
was

Manpower
in
Costa
Rica.
According
to
the

to

by
employers

Julio
Mendez,
explained
that
in
Costa
Rica,
among
the
10
most
difficult
to
fill
positions
include
technicians,
secretaries
and
administrative
staff.
Mendez
said
that
the
difficulty
to
fill
the
jobs
not
for
lack
of
people
interested,
but
for
the
preparation
or
experience.
Manpower

is

requirements,
