A
Day Luis Enrique Villalobos Camacho Will Remember
Jim
Peck, a private investigator from Arizona is offering his
services to Villalobos investors through his newly formed
“operation recovery”. His concept it to locate Enrique
Villalobos and negotiate a return moneys ‘loaned’ or
‘invested’ with Enrique, by his sponsors.
According to his website, www.operation-recovery.net,
Peck has 30 years experience in investigations and fraud,
organized crime, skip tracing and locating witnesses, even
witnesses in the U.S. Federal Witness Protection Program.
Operation Recovery is limited to recovering only
$25.000.000 Dollars in outstanding loans and will
concentrate in recovering only for those persons who are
sponsors of his operation.
Mr. Peck is assembling a task force of experienced
professionals to help him in search for Villalobos. This
action appears to be separate from the other groups who
have hired lawyers and other experts to put pressure on
the Costa Rican government and judicial system.
Operation Recovery is offering rewards of $5.000 to
$50.000 for information of the current whereabouts of
Villalobos. All information offered to Operation Recovery
is to be kept confidential and anonymity is assured. It is
hoped that investors or “friends’ of Enrique will
provide valuable information to help in the search.
Mr. Peck is of the firm belief that Villalobos is in
possession or has access to a substantial amount of the
investors money, monies that he accepted as loan and paid
out as regular monthly interest until last fall.
According to information posted on his website, Mr. Peck
has no intention to harm Villalobos’ business or
personal reputation or to physically or mentally harm him.
He just wants to locate him and negotiate a settlement for
his sponsors.
To participate as a sponsor of Operation Recovery, one
needs to provide a notarize copy of both sides of the
check(s) issued by Villalobos, representing the total
amount due to the sponsor; a notarized copy of the
sponsor’s passport; and a notarized agreement
authorizing Operation Recovery to represent the sponsor.
Operation Recovery will retain 15% of all funds recovered.
Sponsors are asked to pay a fee equal to 5% of the debt
owed to them and is returned upon recovery of funds.
Funds recovered by Operation Recovery will be deposited to
one of several US$ accounts held by the corporation.
Sponsors will immediately be notified that the recovery
process has been completed and will be given the option of
receiving funds in-person, or via wire transfer.
Editor’s note: At press time we were not able to contact
Mr. Peck personally. A follow up story will be published
as soon as we are able to meet with Mr. Peck.
