Aloha Amigos,
Greengos and yo-yo's:
Since e-mail is cheap, why not voice some "hope" that
da Bruddas will re-surface with a bag full of cash and
start paying off again!
Well, for one thing, if Enrique did come (back) up,
most of the investors would then want their principal
back, figuring that they had made it through the
worst, so quit while you're ahead, no?...
BUT: A habit is a habit, and da Bruddas has been
broken. In my view, they are now in (Nica?) hammocks
somewhere on a Riviera, with no more need for daily
hassles from the likes of Miami John or Ray The Hat.
Not only that, they are free to do as they please,
with your money (and mine). May they put it where the
sun don't shine!
Anyway, buena suerte!
Tico Charley
I feel very
strongly about doing everything we can do to get things back on
track. Don Enrique has every cent of mine invested working for
us at this
time that I have read. I as borrowing money from my sister in
the states to
survive. I would give up all my back interest to help the cause,
but as for
me personally coming up with more money.
It isn't possible. I feel like things might be worked out
without this lawyer. Personally I believe he's just another Tico
wanting to take advantage of our bad luck. If Don Enrique knows
him and thinks he can get it done then let's let Don Enrique use
OUR MONEY to get us all back on track.
Jerry.
Im sorry to
see so many inaccuracies in the info being desciminated
by UCCR.
Another today regarding bank info. Its a lot of
work but I think maybe everyone is acting too fast.
AND
Which is
it???? .05%
of your monthly income or of your investment??

The fee to hire these lawyers is ridicolus, and also probably
throwing good
money after bad. What guarentee would we have that they could do
anything?
Best thing is for individuals to pressure C.R. governmentt
themselves. I plan
to file a "recurso de amparo" with the Sala IV.
