one can post here with their yahoo account. but one cannot rate without using faceboob. I for one would never use a site that tracks me and sells my personal info. faceboob is for dummies. please correct it so normal people can click agree with a good comment.

Mickey, you are bang on. And maybe while they contribute to society they can acquire some skills that will be useful upon release…not those needed for better success at crimes.

I do agree with Mickey, during the early days in the USA, the prisoners did work as road crews and now the US has some of the finest highways in the world. Costa Rica could sure use some better roads, even the ones I have seen In Nicaragua are better then these.

CR needs to have the prison inmates out building roads, they sit in jail do nothing, and learn for other prisoners how to improve there next crime. If they worked 14 hrs a day 6 days a week that would change.
