judges have been killed in the past for passing fair judgement. there is the posibility that the judge was threatened.

The Judge who released him should get 5yrs hard labor. I can not tell you of how cases Ihave read where the Judges release criminals. All of the Judges should be investegated.

Quite ridiculous. Judges who release these characters should be made responsible if they violate their terms of release. Perhaps a couple of months in prison themselves might help the judges decide they should be more prescient and thoughtful in allowing these professional criminal to escape laughing at the idiocy of the law. Everybody is accountable to the law and no more so than the judges themselves.

What a joke – Costa Rican law releases a defendant accused of kidnaping, and rape, and is given a conditional release? what a freakin joke.
