As with most change, things usually get worse before they get better…..at least they are working towards changing and making it better….hopefully it won’t take too much longer. I still remember not having any electricity in Ballena, and that was not sooooo long ago. This helps keep things in perspective for me.

Check out Inside CR….They say that ICE is expecting outages yesterday and today due to upgrades in system. We will see. The phone service is outrageously poor lately.

Couldn’t even get to Leif’s voicemail from the states yesterday. Hopefully today will be different. Most days I can get through to him. Have you thought of trying Claro, or aren’t they active there yet?

Does ICE have an explanation as to why all calls every day go to voicemail? This has been happening in the Southern Zone for over 4 months……Get with it ICE.
