All of the heavy rain that falls in Santiago de Puriscal and area, flows directly into the sea, not a reservoir! Water conservation is a joke here!

Lake Arenal also supplies water to the rice farmers and the beach communities in the lowlands. Mickey Atkison is correct about thermal but the Lake policies are ICE’s not the Presidents.

All of Costa Ricas electricity could be made from Thermal elct. plants.What is done with all the rain water, just flushed to the sea? How about diverting all of the rainwater to a lake. Water Management? Not with this President!
