The judge will “sentence” them with 1 year without cellular service…. prompting repeated cell phone thievery whisk is not punished. Yet another Costa Rican success story.

Sure, have a minor do your dirty work – they won’t be punished by going to jail – and the job gets done! Not only are these “Fagans” cowards – they’re instrumental in corrupting the young which is even worse!
