Completely useless because the biggest problem is driving the actual vehicle across. Driving from CR to Nic is not like driving from Canada to the USA.

I love both Andy and John’s reply. Yes John, the CR drivers skill level and understanding of blinkers and road safety….do not exist. I have never before seen 5 people and a dog all piled on a 125cc motorcycle and riding it on the pista….in traffic. I think a lot of folks bought their licenses, never read the book, never took the test…which by the way, the written test has nothing to do with driving or rules of the road.

Yeah where in the drivers handbook does it say turn left blinker on then go right, or stop in the middle of the road anywhere and talk on cell?

When they say an “American Drivers License” will that include North America? That would be a step in the right direction considering what CONSEVI has recently done regarding tying a CR license to Immigration and Residency.
