Must be endemic for socialist-minded leaders to blame someone for whatever ills befall them–Chavez’s enemies and the U.S. caused his cancer… really? On the home front and recently, Costa Rica’s stadium lack of water is the fault of Chinese construction; Pres. Chinchilla’s nightmare of Rt. 1856 is because those aggressive Nicas invaded, the Economy in CR is suffering because all those expats are wrecking the local currency; and to our North, Odumbo blames Conservatives, even to the point of the running joke that the 2011 DC earthquake was [named] Bush’s Fault. Gotta love the blame game, wherever.
