The term is nepotism and it&#039;s &quot;in your face&quot;  (a la Cespedes).  But you are 100% correct that the cost of living for all of us is affected by a bloated government.  One has to ask if it is ineptness at doing one&#039;s job that they need so many &quot;auxiliary&quot; staff or pure nepotism.
