Unfortunately, Colorado is finding out what effect high taxes on their Marijuana is generating. People are still importing and selling/purchasing illegal quantities as it’s cheaper then the legal option. If they’re going to legalize it, they have to reach a balance between reasonable taxes and illegal prices to make it viable. Don’t ever expect Costa Rica to do this.

I would hope that Franklin Chang Diaz is leading in the polls. Not a chance, too honest. Anyway, today you can get marihuana in any school, public AND private.

As soon as the tax-hungry government of Costa Rica wakes up and realizes the new tax potential and the cost savings in law enforcement they will be all over it.

This is a lost cause and billions going down a rat hole trying to control and criminalize this. USA for all has now giving up it’s fight over marihuana, Costa Rica and other countries wise up. Tax revenue. What current nominee party here in CR whats to legalize Marihuana gets my vote. By the way who is leading in the polls so far?
