Have you noticed, as well, that when there is an accident, the explanation usually involves something to the effect of: “The car went off the road.” or “The wall fell over.” ? The human error factor never comes into play.

I do sincerely believe that the educational curricula here should include at least the first three to five years the concept that water runs downhill, and it is a powerful solvent. If this simple concept were implemented and practiced here, I believe the country would be quite better in many respects. The rain didn’t cause the derailings. Ignorance and lack of capable supervision did.
