You never know when the banks, ATM&#039;s, and your card expired waiting for a new one and such are shut down for whatever reason.  This was a tip off to the police about this stash.  We only have their word it was 3 million dollars it could have been more however we will never know once divided up  poof it is gone.   We seem to have thieves on the streets and thieves who wear uniforms and then those who wear ties. Christmas came early for them.A gringo died in his house  a while back. By the time the rightful heir got there 2 TV&#039;s,  Microwave, washer and  a laptop was missing plus the house was ransacked by the police.  oh they denied it...
