When it was first installed by a foreign company they worked great. (I have been using them almost everyday since the were installed) now the last 2 or more years they fail regularly. They are not being maintained at all. The only maintenance being done is to duck tape the broken gates after cars have smashed through them...err after they break the windshield of the cars that have passed. They should have a contract with the foreign firm that installed them to do maintenance because they cannot figure out how to do it. They do thousands of dollars worth of damage a day and backups are common, it's dangerous. What a joke.

What has expired is the toll equipment itself. When it was first installed by a foreign company they worked great.
