Where I live, such problems are common. Barva usually does a better job than my municipality. I had so many incidents lasting a week or so due to a “broken tube” somewhere that I tired of using large water bottles and finally broke down and had a tower built for a large water tank to supply my house. People in the cities don’t realize how it is once one gets a few km into the country.

There is so much work necessary to provide an adequate infrastructure in this country. I hate paying taxes as much as anyone, but we must pay our fair shares in order to remedy such problems. We must stop “low-balling” property values and engaging in other activities that enable tax dodging, or we will never see decent roads and bridges, sewage treatment, or reliable water supplies.
