The Costa Rican goverment is starting to crack down on all the crap that goes on in Pavas. Right now there is 85.000 undocumented Nicaraqua´s in Pavas and the goverment is starting to deport many of them. Pavas has always been a problem since 1978 with drugs,gangs and
Illegal Immigration i am glad to see AYA to take a stand against the Nicaraqua problem in Costa Rica. Most Nicaraqua steal and do nothing but hurt Costa Rica. Go home Nicaraqua´s your not welcome in Costa Rica.

Since 1999 to the time the person left the neighborhood it only averages to about 30,000 colones per month for that customer’s individual bill for the many years they were there. Likely, since all the bills in the “urbanizacion” were in the name of the Coop, and everyone else was paying, AyA never cut off that one individual tap. Just my guess.

So why didn’t AyA turn off the water 16 years ago when the bill was past due like they do now if the payment is late?

How can anyone rack up such a bill with AYA?? I know if my bill is just a month late for a 6,000-c bill it’s shut off.
Does something NOT add up right to anyone else?? That’s a mighty big piece of land that would be up for grabs eh?!?!?!
Is the government talking about intervenieng??? . . . . . . .
