The capitan drives off and leaves a tourist in the water where he is run over by the propellers. Yes I totally believe it. I have seen these asswipes in action man! Ask anyone who has been here awhile and seen them work or go about their daily lives, it will leave you shaking your head. I bought a trailer in Santa Ana, drove up the hill toward Escazu and the wheel fell off. I went back and got the seller who came back to get it with a few friends. One guy grabbed the tongue and a few grabbed the side where the wheel fell off and were running down the road with it. On the winding highway( the old road to Escazu') back toward Santa Ana-almost dark. Looked like a silent movie of comedy.I swear it was funny as heck--well almost funny except that I now owned it and it was now almost dark and the road has many blind curves. I mean can you imagine driving along a winding road at dusk and come upon a trailer with several ticos acting as a wheel and running down the road --along blind curves! Holding up traffic!Yes I am sure a Tico was at the wheel of the boat where this hapless tourist signed his life away to take a vacation cruise. Crazy but true--watch your ass in Costa Rica-

I hired MANY MANY Ticos and worked with them for a few years and I know one thing, THESE BASTARDS ARE AS STUPID AS THE DAY IS LONG!
