Concerning the presidents, two of the three have admitted abusing drugs to some degree. In his mind I’m sure Clinton didn’t inhale, lie to congress or face impeachment…Jim Willie, phd., has some extremely damning evidence concerning drug use of all three..go to his site and send him an email… At very least though we have two admitting.

Many question research as it seems that often times the conclusions reached support exactly the position of those who funded it.

After 40 years the Dutch are rethinking their drug laws. The laws probably haven’t been a total failure, but the Dutch are just a docile nation whose only achievement over that time frame is becoming the largest welfare state on the planet.

Additionally, their king has recently stated, “the welfare state is gone,… the welfare state is unsustainable.”

It’s not that the US is headed in that direction, but rather we’re there.

Abuse seems to be a very subjective term in your rhetoric. Locking people up for long periods of time for nonviolent behavior is the epitome of abuse. Torture is certainly radical abuse. I am not sure you can accurately label a past Presidents personal experimentation with marijuana as abuse. You might really want to take a look at scholarly research, and see which of the aforementioned really has severe and catastrophic negative impacts on society. The drug war is just another faulty war, based on faulty research, and purely meant to segregate many, while enriching a few. It also is a war that most likely kept you employed, and made you feel like a Patriot in fighting it. Too bad this fight isn’t really noble at all. You may want to take a look at what the United Nations and the Global Commission on Drug Policy have recently come out with.
